Ellie – Mother of an Air Scout

Since joining 1st Sywell Air Scouts, I have seen my 12 year old son grow in confidence. He has been interested in aviation from a young age. Air Scouts has given him an outlet for his knowledge and allowed him to formally learn new skills which he would not gain from his school education.

Currently the Troop is only small but their ambition is to grow over the coming months and years which I have no doubt they will. Clint, Martin and Michael are inspirational leaders; they have so much to offer young people. They offer a varied programme which is full of fun and the spirit of adventure. My son counts down the days and hours until his next Air Scout meeting. I have to highly recommend any young person to join Air Scouts as they will have a fabulous time if our experience is anything to go by!
